EXPERIENCE

I’m here to assist you or your family in navigating challenges, adapting to transitions, processing difficult emotions, and engaging in personal growth. Therapy involves vulnerability, building trust, embracing change, and committing to the process. My goal is to make therapy interactive, collaborative, and effective. I work with individuals, families, and couples of all ages to help them achieve their goals.

I use a strength-based approach that emphasizes collaboration and connection. In my role as a guide, I work alongside you to explore and understand the narratives that have shaped your life, helping you move toward your desired future. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and humor. I find that my most successful clients and families are those who are motivated and ready to put in the effort for meaningful change. I love the process of getting to know each client as a unique, whole person, and emphasize personal growth through self-understanding.

I believe individuals, couples, and families come into therapy with significant strengths and potential, even as they experience challenges. I am currently a New Hampshire Board of Mental Health Candidate for Licensure working under the supervision of Julia Gowlkowski, LCMHC.
